TradeWays (“we”, “our”, “the service”) provides the Pallada directional trading system, which includes MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 indicators, expert advisors, trading signals, market sentiment data, and a web-based dashboard. The service is intended for informational and educational purposes and as a trading tool for experienced traders.

2. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that the signals, indicators, or strategies provided by Pallada will result in profits or prevent losses. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and that TradeWays is not liable for any losses incurred.

The content and signals provided through Pallada do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or dealer. All trading signals and analysis are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. Account and Access

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pallada system. Each access key is tied to a single user and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect unauthorized sharing or abuse of the service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Refund Policy

All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. After the 14-day period, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All indicators, expert advisors, source code, algorithms, and content provided as part of the Pallada system are the intellectual property of TradeWays. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any part of the software without explicit written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our signals and platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Trading signals may be delayed or unavailable due to market closures, technical issues, or maintenance. We are not liable for missed trading opportunities due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeWays shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
